  CFLAGS      C compiler flags
  LDFLAGS linker flags, e.g. -L<lib dir>if you have librariesin a
              nonstandard directory <lib dir>
  LIBS libraries to pass to the linker, e.g. -l<library>

  YACC The `Yet Another C Compiler' implementation to use. Defaults to
              the first program foundout of: `bison -y', `byacc', `yacc'.
  YFLAGS The list of arguments that will be passedby default to $YACC.
              This script willdefault YFLAGS to the emptystring to avoid a
              default value of `-d' givenby some make applications.
  CXX         C++ compiler command
  CXXFLAGS    C++ compiler flags
  CXXCPP      C++ preprocessor

Use these variables tooverride the choices madeby `configure' or to help
it to find libraries and programs with nonstandard names/locations.
